Charging extra charges even after providing proper service.

I am Reliance Digital TV customer & My Reliance Digital TV account no. is 200763867886.

Since last 2 days only 4-5 channels of my Reliance Digital TV are working & all other channels are showing error 400.

Yesterday i e on 20/07/2012, when I tried calling at their customer care service i e their toll free number 18002009001, i was kept on hold for more than 15-20 minutes. Then I tried for many times but I was not able to speak to their customer care representative.

Today ie At 21/7/2012 again when i tried contacting them continuously for 2 hours, My call was received by their customer care representative Mr.Rahul Meshram at around between 9pm to 9.25pm

I informed Mr. Rahul Meshram about the problem that almost 90% channels are not working except 4-5 channels.

I was told by him that I will be charged Rs.75/- for this service. I agreed with the condition that if there is fault with my set top box & my connection, I will pay the charges. When I asked him about my complaint registration number, My call was disconnected by them & after that when I tried calling them , I was getting reply that, their all customer care representatives are busy & I need to call them after some time. Even after continuously trying to contact them for 2hours, I am not able to contact them.

Here I am paying them my regular subscription charges even without proper service. Before this, these kinds of problems have happened many times and their service has automatically resumed after 2-3 days. But I don’t want to pay for those channels which were not working.

This is completely wrong that they charge even for non-working channels & even without finding the actual fault they are charging Rs.75/- as service charge.

Now onwards I don’t wish to continue with their services & wish to return my Reliance Digital TV set top box to the Reliance Digital TV.

I want to get back the cost of the same accessories I e set top box & wirings, which I have already paid at the time of subscribing the services.
