Actually i own a maxie mixie of inalsa. Suddenly my 2 jars stopped working.I took 1 jar to the star service center of inalsa in dehradun ,uttarakhand. we gave it for repairing and were asked to come 2 days after. After 2 days we were told that that the bush plate of the jar has been changed and were charged 180 rs for the bush plate.
when we took the next jar for the service after few days ,the service center guy kept the jar and asked us to come again after 2 days.
As directed we again went after 2 days and they told that the jar has become ok and the bush plate has been changed ,for which they were not sure and called to their service guy to confirm it. when we asked to show us that the jar is working ,they replied that they do not have the rite equipments to test the jar.
we were sure that the jar was not ok as the coupling shaft was not moving properly.We insisted them to check it again and do it properly. Again when we went to them for the next time to take back our jar ,they told us the bush plate has been changed and charged us 50 rs for that.
So the complaint is that how can be the same bush plate be of 180rs(1st jar) and 50rs(for 2nd jar).We have adequate proof to showcase this in terms of both the bills.I request file my complaint for charging me differently for the same item and also not testing the product at the service center before handling it to the customer.
