Charging Bills for the huge units rather than actual one

Location/place: Burhanpur

Name of company/service: Madhya Pradesh Electricity Board

We have a small shop in Navalnagar TQ & Distt. Burhanpur. Generally, our electricity bill does not crosses 150/- mark but in recent months officials are charging bill based on assumptions which is 600 + without even checking the actual readings fromt the meter.
We have submitted applications in the board’s regional office.But no processing has been done yet.I request to the concerned authority of this forum to look into the matter and relieve us from the non-responsible officers.
