Name of company/service: RELIANCE

Hi,

I am mukesh kumar, using a mobile no.9555558164 of reliance gsm from last four years, this month when i was using net on my mobile, they charged me rs. 152 for only 4 min.
Then very soon i contect to reliance customer care complain department, and rease my complain to them for CHARGES WRONGLY DEBITED, they told me– Sir, we forward your complain and we will give you the waiver, as we had a network problem at that time.
Now its 20th day, i didnot get any resoultion from them, its really frustration.
Now do the needful on urgent basis.
