I am Adhiraj Mukherjee, using Aircel for last 5 years, My mobile No.8013377166. As per the present experience I have to say Aircel is the worse service provider. Charges are getting deducted frequently with out properly, for last two months when ever I have recharged with either 20 Rs. Or 10 Rs. Cards charges are deducted either caller tunes are activated or some thing they call Music Connect(VAS) packs are activated & after that when I call in the customer care they say “sorry for incontinence network is busy I can’t check your account” . If is say that can I talk with your superior they just put the call on hold for hours no one answers. Last day 09.10.2014 at 6:43 pm Rs. 5 got deducted by Aircel just sent me a massage that “Thank You for using Aircel services” in that tyme my phone was in locker I don’t know what service I had used.
I have a query to Aircel authority that If this is the approach of yours to your customers how will you sustain?
