my mobile no is 9893486373 in the name of amit kumar kaushik, presently residing at Gwalior M.P. and on 13/06/2012 suddenly Rs. 15/- from my prepaid account debited for value added service for which i did not demand. on calling customer service no 121, there was no response from there side and after many efforts i could not talke to customer care executive of the company. i am very much disappointed with this matter.
