Now, I am totally fed up with Vodafone services because a lot of mistakes have been made from their side. I have left Idea network and connected with Vodafone before 2 months ago. Please read some points below
1- Vodafone store representative told me a plan which they don’t have at that time. My number has been activated with a wrong plan. After complaining about it they made it correct after one month.
2- Sometimes customer care is not helping customers although they annoy more.
3- Data Services problem (Charge Unnecessary)
4- Bill Problem (Added unnecessary services amount like deals_mydala_99 and wapvilla_ppd)
Points for October 2014 Vodafone Bill —
Vodafone has charged for unnecessarily services even I don’t know what these two are
1- deals_mydala_99
2- wapvilla_ppd (2 times in a month)
You have charged 99+49+49 rupees for these.
I talked with customer care also but they are speechless not given any proper answers which could satisfy me.
I did Google to understand what is deals_mydala_99 and wapvilla_ppd, I am seeing lot of complains regarding this issue.
