This is to inform that I am a customer of tata sky since 4 years and my customer id is : 1067252054. I have recently relocated within the Pune city from Baner to Wakad and also got the tata sky connection relocated for which the tata-sky guys charged me Rs. 200 + Rs 150 for the connectors needed for the relocation.
Since, the relocation was not done properly, I had to raise a complaint to get it fixed. After a lot of follow up finally I got the tata sky guys come to my home to fix it. My tata sky account again got debited by Rs. 170 against the service visit.
I want to know why I am being charged again for the same thing. I have already paid Rs. 200 as the relocation charges and since the relocation was not done properly, the tata sky guys had to come to our home to fix it. Why should the customer be charged again
