I booked a ticket one month back and they booked for 6159 and now the same ticket available to 4735. This is from bangalore to dibrugarh flight Air India.
I called air india and they say that your ticket got booked for class S and not for the lowest class C.
Where does make my trip say that we are booking ticket for higher class. No specification is there about class. It says economy class ticket, nothing else. How would a customer know of which class they are booking.
Make My trip claims to be the lowest and they are charging high for customers booking the ticket in advance..
I checked in makemy trip, cleartrip everywhere the ticket is for 4735 and when I call customer care all this.. They are fighting the ticket is for 6035 online.
Makemy trip is just cheating.
