Charged for Unauthorized activation of VAD

Name of company/service: Airtel

My name is Ravi and I am Airtel customer from past 4 years. My telephone number is 9008511442. On December 24, 2012 Airtel has activated 3G GPRS on my sim card without my consent. I was never informed about the activation of this service. I was shocked when I saw March 2013 bill; Airtel was charging Rs.250 every month and service tax extra for 3G GPRS service. When I wrote a written complaint to [email protected] on 9th April, 2013, one of their executive called me and took all the details and never came back with an answer.
Airtel has charged Rs 74.28 + tax in December on a prorate basis (bill # 955501303). From Jan, 2013 they are charging Rs.250 + tax. I want Airtel to reverse whatever they have charged me so far against 3G GPRS.
