I have activated SMS30 pack for my postpaid mobile no. 9822226999, on 17th April 2012. Idea Cellular deactivated my SMS30 pack without my request & even didnt notified me deactivation of said pack & charged me rs. 604.60 + tax without calculating my benefits for 439 sms sent by me during bill cycle of 06/05/2012 to 05/06/2012. Also i am under T830 Idea Houseful plan under which i get 200 national / local sms free which are also not taken into a/c by Idea Cellular.
Please help me for the issue.
