I had Vodafone prepaid connection & lost my sim. I got a new sim card & the store manager at the Vodafone store Dahisar(west) informed me of a plan with rental 298 with certain minutes free calling for VF to VF & insisted me to convert from prepay to postpay.
After which VF has been activating plans without iterating me. Simply put, they are charging me for services that I am not using or which I never opted.
Last month I had deactivated a “Friends calling plan”(A plan I never activated) & was clearly told by the executive at VF that I will be getting my money deducted in the next month’s bill.
This has not reflected in this month’s bill.
Also, they are charging 75 Rs. for itemized bill again a service I never required.
After calling many times at the contact centre I was told that I will be getting a call with an update, I’m still waiting for it.
When contacted they have no updated or knowledge of the former issue. I have to explain everything all over again wasting my time & money.
Request you to kindly look into this & oblige as this is hindering me.
