Over Charge demand for New Gas Connection

hello sir,
my name ajit jaiswar i m stay in Sewri. i want a new gas connection talk to agency but there r some people demand for over charge a new gas connection (12,000).
i have complaint a bhart gas agency but no any replay in my problem.
