channels not relaying

This complaint is against Tata Sky.
I am not getting relay of many channels on Tata Sky for which I am paying for. (Around 25-30 channels). So I complained to Tata Sky by email on 26.10.14 on [email protected] and complaint no. is 1-33547109565. I tried to call the helpline no. 18604256673 also but it is always busy. I didn’t get any response for 4 days so I again complained on 30.10.14. by email. I received a call from 040-66006160 on 31.10.14 and explained the whole problem but they were not serious of the problem but started explaining me the service charges. I told them that I have paid for the wires, settop box and other charges for connection and was paying around 400 rs per month as service charges for the channels of which many I am not able to see. If I get a local cable connection for the same number of channels I have to pay only 250rs. But for better service and quality I am paying extra which I am not getting. On 1.11.14. 3 persons came in the evening and asked the problem. They went back saying they will get a connector and did not do anything and didn’t come back also.
But next day I received a message that my WO#FGJ49DD is completed and charges payable are rs170. Tata Sky is very prompt and particular on the Service charges not on the service. No service is done but they sent a message for the service charges. The quality of relay of the channels and service is not good in spite of high charges.
Please take appropriate action and awaiting a positive reply.
