channel Removed from my Package

hi,

when i subscribe for super family pack I checked all channel then subscribed.
like, 109,215,210, etc as per your website.

now they are telling this channel is removed from base pack.

if it was removed then in my next recharge it should not come, but when it already included in my pack should come till my subscription end.
