Changing plans without any notification

Location/place: Serampore/W.B

Name of company/service: BSNL

We took a BSNL combo broadband plan on an annual basis.It had 1.5 G.B data and 175 local calls free.But suddenly We received a high bill stating we had made extra calls.When approached they told the plan had changed from JAN 1st and 175 calls were made from BSNL to BSNL only..But no such notice was sent.In this way they only loot common peoples money as many made calls thinking 175 calls were free.
