Changing of channels without notification

Name of company/service: Dish TV

I had my Dishtv subscription renewed in Feb. It had Zee tv and its associate channels in HD in my pack then. Later they have been removed without informing me. Now the company says add it with an ala carte and pay more. I had already paid 7000. So when it was included in my pack then how the company change the channels display without informing the consumers.
