Without informing idea cellular company has changed its data plan. Easier it used to carry forward unused internet data to next month. I did not use my data just because of this plan. I thought my unused internet data about (450 mb) would be carry forward and I would be able to use it then. But today when I used my internet data I got to know that they have not carry forwarded it. I contacted customer care service. An executive told me that they have stopped carry forwarding internet data to next month. I asked why they did not inform me. He replied that they have informed their customers about it. I have not receieved any call, sms, letter or email regarding that. I asked him to connect me with his senior. He did not do it. He hanged up the phone stating that he was not able to hear my voice. I know he was lying as he was not able to solve my ptoblem. He told me that he could not lodge a complaint. He also told me that he was going to send me an sms in which he would send me an email id where I could lodge a complaint. I was ready to wait for an hour if his senior was not available but he disconnected the phone. Please help.
