I am using idea no 9964535900
My plan was Rs.999 unlimted local and std calls. Its working fine from earlier but this month i got a bill of Rs. 3744.74 which 3 times higher than my plan. When i called idea customer service they told as per government norms they change they plan and they sent sms on 15th on dec. I am getting many advertisement msg daily . How can we know with sms only. If any change in plan there should be proper mail communication or information through call. Moreover my bill cycle is from 16 to 15 every month. If they informed through mail or call i would preffred to change my plan immediately like today i change for unlimted plan of Rs.1149. Which they call goverment rule not apply on this plan for pulse rate. Why i should pay Rs3744.74 for the plan without my consent. Please help me to solve this issue with idea cellular
