This is in reference to one of the watches I purchased from your authorized dealer in our city “Sri Sai Traders”.
I purchased the model A1044 whose MRP is Rs. 4,995/- as per your tag, But I have received the product with the tag of Rs. 5,195/-.
On checking, I realized that I have received the product packed in Aug 2017.
I checked with the dealer, he is adamant that he will sell the pieces at whatever MRP tags he has and I should not interfere in his work.
I am sorry to say but I purchased the watch on the brand value of CASIO but now I feel cheated.
Kindly help what can I do in this matter.
