Name of company/service: ANDAL HOMS/SLV ESTATE PVT LTD
Based on the explanation given By Mr Ram Naresh, Exicutive at Andal Homes, Yapral I have paid token advance on 23 Sep 2011, but as of now ( 27 Jul 2012) neither I have got the sale agreement or construction agreement for the villa. He keeps on collecting the money from the customers for various purposes on a flase promise but there is no proper records or accountablility nor the managment has taking any action on the complaints being given. If any body can interven it may save my lakhs of rupees.
