CERTIFICATE NOT ISSUE BY OUR COLLEGE

Dar Sir/Madam,

With due respect i beg to state that we are pass out student of DR. V.R.K COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, JAGTIAL, KARIMNAGAR(A.P.). We need our whole certificate of B.Tech for jobs and admission to higher education but our college does not paid jntu university fee of two year by our college but we are already fee paid to the college administrative officer and college vice principal both person our fee amount keep itself and again demand to whole student 6000 amount for our certificate.
So sir please help me what I do.
