i brought a Panasonic eluga icon of 13200 on 13/10/2015.and on 10 February 2016 a normal ringer problem occurred in it and it was send to the main service centre on 16/02/2016…..firstly i was asked for 7 day then 21 day but now it is arround 30 days… and there is only a simple ringer problem and the cell phone is at city like delhi then what the mean of this much time.please help me my all works are pending from a month.
