cell phone not work

I got Idea Pre Paid connection in the month of May 2012 by submitting service certificate. From May 2012 to 10 Oct 12 my cell phone connection was working properly. from 11 Oct 12 my pre paid Idea Cellular connection did not work. Immediately I contact with costumer care of Idea. But I did not got any positive response. Then I contact with Idea Care which is in Jabalpur(MP) Main Market. They told me that my Identity Proof not completed. Whether, my identity proof was not completed, how my cellular pre paid connection was working since last five months. Idea cellular does not take care of the documents of the costumers. As and when they found any document is absent, immediately they disables the connection. At later stage, if any misuse happens with the identity submitted by me,who will be responsible. I contacted the distributor from whom the SIM was purchased. The document has been submitted to the represent of Idea Cellular and signature has been obtained. THIS IS NOTHING ONLY TO HARRES THE GENERAL PUBLIC
