Greetings!
I had bought a Post paid connection for a Frenchise of AIRTEL.At the time of connection They had committed lot of things, like No Activation Charges, Zero Rental etc.
Now they are Charging Activation Charges after 3 months.They had committed that what ever rental charges will be charged same will be provided as discount and you have to pay only call charges.
Apart from that Air Time charges is also charging in their Bill.
It is completely miss salling.Now I asked them to convert the same in to Pre Paid but they told that it would be possible after one year, Why?
I wish to request you to do the needful.
