Cashback offer not received

I am banibrata jana,I had booked a pair ofshoe from Flipkart. firstly I had choosed cash on delivery,and there was total payable amount 728.After few days I was notified,pay online via debit card, credit card etc.so I noticed there was another gateway, phone pe.so l selected this.after selection that option I was redirected to phone pe official page.at the top of the page, there was mentioned two offers.one is15%cashback upto 125 rupees using phone pe on Flipkart.And the other is get10%cashbck on grossery products.after looking that offer I made payment instantly.but till now phone pe have not provided that cashback.i had contacted with them. initially they ask me ‘there is no such offer available on phone pe, please contact with Flipkart’ .as soon as possible I had linked with Flipkart. like phone pe Flipkart told me that’s the invalid offer on Flipkart,and aslo asked me .,it maybe of phone pe.so I need to contact with phone.so I again called to phone pe,one ask me 15% offer now available on phone pe it’s the phone pe offer not of Flipkart but that offer was not on that day.now my question is,if it wasn’t then why appeared to me.after few days I recalled them(phone pe)… finally they ask it wasn’t not phone pe offer . please contact with Flipkart.so tell me what I can do….. please help me…..I don’t like fraud……. let me prove that.
