I had ordered a Seagate harddisk via Snapdeal order id 23560603764 . I was supposed to receive 10% ICICI cashback by 30th of June 2017 as per the offer during that time. I even took a confirmation mail from there end. But today is 10th of July 2017 and have not received my cash back. I have been calling them and mailing them since 1st July but all the response that I get it we have escalated the matter and we are resolving your query. It’s been 10 days since the matter is escalated. I even had a talk with the senior person and he was challenging me to send a proof of the confirmation. There system is so weak that do not have any documentation of the offers given. When I requested them to transfer the call to team lead , the team lead disconnected the call at my face.
This kind of service is really unacceptable from Snapdeal and I have been wasting my time and money on calling them again and again and disturbing my mental peace.
They are not at all helpful and are just making a fool of me so I took this resort. Hope this will be helpful and I will get my money safely without anymore chaos!
