I am SANJAY MEHRA, resident of Kamothe Navi Mumbai. I have order product with Order confirmation: PaisaPay ID 36700512232 on 30/06/2014. Product was delivered to me ,but when I got the product I was not satisfied with the same. So I applied for moneyback through eBay Guarantee Claim ID : 561593 on 9/07/2014. But same was closed on 19/07/2014 without proper communication.
Afetr that when I called to customer support to reopen the claim 531593 they told me that that will not be opened however they will initiate an offline
refund in this regards and I will get a DD of the same amount within 10 day. But I didn’t got any DD.
I talked with ebay customer care executive as well as supervisor on the following date every time they assured me that I will get DD within 7-10
working days.
09/07/2014 : he assured me that I will get DD with in 10 days.
19/07/2014 :he assured me that I will get DD with in 10 days.
27/07/2014 : he assured me that I will get DD with in 7 days.
21/08/2014 : he assured me that I will get DD with in 7 days.
27/09/2014 :(Executive initiated request for DD with SDR no 1-35976950454)
10/10/2014 :(Executive didn’t give any follow up on earlier SDR and initiated request for DD with SDR no 1-36658972726)
11/11/2014 :(Executive didn’t give any follow up on earlier SDR and initiated request for DD with SDR no 1-38430246049)
21/11/2014 :I talked with Mr Harjyoti and he assured me that I will get DD with in 6 days.He didn’t connected
me to grievance officer after my requests.
It is more than 100 days I am not getting my money back. I had to tell you that I have very negetive experience with ebay. And request you to process
my moneyback request.Kindly do the needfull in this regard.
