It is to inform you that we have purchased a car Skoda superb costing Rs.2600000(approx) from C&T motors Meerut (U.P) and due to fast delivery they asked us to pay a Rs.12 lakh (Loan amount) in cash and also told us that this amount will be refunded within 3-4 days when loan will be passed, and two months has been passed since they dilivered car to us. Till now all the documents have been provided which were asked, and till now cash has not been refunded, till now my car is without registration and invoice. I have suffered a big oppourtunity loss from this. Other details are as follows
Car possession date: 10th December 2012
First bank: SBI (case file was with them approx 25 days)
Second bank: Kotak (case file is currently with them and 20 days has been elapsed)
Loan amount: Rs. 12 lakhs
Now the loan has been disbursed by Kotak bank,
When i went to them to ask my cash refund, they abuse me and said that we wont refund your amount, they even scold me there and doing gundagardi those two sardars the said are the owner and no manners to talk. I have no option now.
please resolve my problem ASAP.
