Sir, I made two transactions from ICICI Bank ATM (Kaushambi Branch, Ghaziabad) of Rs. 10000 each on 09/03/2013. The First transaction of 10000 is successfuly completed but during the second transaction of 10,000 the ATM not dispense the cash, but the same amount is deduct from my account. After that i talk the Customer Care & register the complaint. But on 11/03/13 they refused to reverse the transaction. I again made the complaint, but they refused.
When i not received the cash from the ATM why i suffer from this problem. this is not our fault.The details of the transaction is as follows:-
