sir i buyed one blackberry bold 9000(order id 3570635) and one sony xperia mini pro(order id 3570589)from naaptol.com online shopping in march 2012.they send me both sets which were defective and duplicate.i send them back. they again send me both sets which were again defective n were looking old.i told them to refund money they said ok.this time i send back only sony mobile .and after that they told me to send proof of delivery i send that also.i requested them to send my refund soon .i have mailed them so many times n also called them but now they are not even replying to my mails and on call they are saying we have send your mob on ur address and u will recieve it with in a week.this thing they are telling for past5 months.i have kept blackberry with me so that it will be a proof that what quality of products they are sending to us.till date they have not even send me d moblie nor they are interested in paying refund.please help me by refunding my 19000rs from this fraud company
