carelessness in fulfilling request

Hello Sir/Madam
I am reliance big tv consumer from last 4 years. and i have have never being gone through this trroublesom condition earlier like this time i am suffering.
the Customer service executives are no more careful about consumer satisfaction and comfortability.
On thursday 3rd august 2014, my husband made a request to reinstall our bigtv. he updated everything there like address, phone no. etc. than he was given confirmation that his complaint will be fullfilled in next amx to max 48 hours. than we waited for two days, nobody has given call to us. than after 48 hours we called them back. than what they said is your no. is not reachable so we closed the complaint. than we again register a complaint. now this time afterwaiting for one day they send somebody to our old residence in bangalore. and when we againg called them they told us that your address was not being updated.
than he again register a complaint updated our address and phon no. and told us that our technician will visit your house in next 24 hours. till tuesday no body has givaen call to us. and today is wednusday.
we are suffering because of this people. wasting our time and energy. as calling this people customer care is again a painful job.
one more thing i have got request no. 3993894328….on sunday they were denying this by saying our request no. s are never being started from 3993… so he gave me another request no. 223366879.
today again i called them but this time the case is completly different what they are saying is yuor bigtv smart cad no. is invalid. my big tv smart card no. is 200727324253.
Dear Sir/Madam i am requesting you to please do somthing.

    10 days over but the problem is still unresolved…. Highly unprofessional way reliance big tv team is working… Shameful attitude.. I have decided now, to never recommend reliance to any one..
