Card no Not showing But Reflecting In Cibil

I Have just got my cibil report for whole year .My Cibil id 1037047 . I was not holding Such card with me but still showing default amt of 13,97,412 on the name of Shaha , My sir Name is Khan Shaha isnt belong with me please advise for the better way for removing this name from my cibil account The Card no as per cibil showing 60669110111080 on the name on Mr shaha Actual credit Limit showing 35000 high credit limit showing 13,97,412 year mention 1998 .Please help to get resolve this card no because bank name is not showing in the report. Please any help regards this are welcomed
