HDFC left a letter of a pre-approved Car loan at my desk in the office. Since it stated that there was a pre-approved loan i decided to go in for a new car. In spite of me having a salary account in the bank the bank collected all sorts of documents from me. since the name on my voter’s card (before marriage) did not match my bank account (which was opened after marriage) they asked me to provide a affidavit. I provided the mariage certificate which they refused to accept without the affidavit. Doesn’t this rejecting mean they are authentic documents from the Government
