Can’t be provide service from about a month

My mobile lost at 3 months ago, I want to take new sim of my old no. But no one Aircel store open in all over pune, I called customer care but he/she always tell new address and it also closed.
Please sir help me, cause this mobile no. Is registered for banks, government offices, and all over to important people.
