Cancelled Rental Cab and did not bother to inform even after pickup time

Hi,

My Complaint is regarding the cancellation of my booking (Booking ID: 393344) for innvova cab that I booked on 8th May from Kadugodi for 4km, 4hr package at 5.45 PM. I had booked this package 1 day prior and had got a confirmation for the same.

However, past 6 PM, as there was no response, I called to get an answer “Sorry, Maam there are no cabs available at present and there is a shortage”. I got frustrated that why was I not informed and was told about this only when I called. When I refused to say OK to his answer, the call centre offered me to send the cab in 45 mins, hoping that I would get it cancelled. When I said fine, they put me on hold, returned to say sorry its after 1hr 30 mins.

Now I was sure I was being fooled. When I called again that person had a different story, that they had informed driver to inform me. Finally I told them to send a indica car which was also delayed. As we were 6 in number, it forced me and my husband to travel by bike, whereas I sent my family by car. Thus we could not enjoy together and had a horrifying wait with luggage for an hour.

Please look into this matter immediately.
