I had booked 3 rooms in Hotel Sunshine, Berhampore(WB) on 10th Dec’2015 for 2N/3D and the booking was confirmed by hotel representative Mr. Abbas. As I work with Tata Motors the booking was confirmed without any advance, even after my saying so that I can pay the advance. I called up the hotel on 23rd Dec’2015 to confirm my rooms which was again reassured by Mr. Abbas. On the night prior to my departure 24th Dec’2015, I receive a sms (9.33pm) that my booking has been cancelled due to non payment of advance. My repeated requests to the hotel management went in vain leading to cancellation of our total tour of my full family.
