Cancellation of train not informed by railway

I was booked ticket from Nizzamuddin to Mathura through IRCTC along with my family. As I was reached at Nizzamuddin railway station, Icame to know that my train was cancelled and this information was not shared by IRCTC to me. Due to this I was hares mentally and physically with my family to reched at Mathura
