Cancellation of order without consent and rude reply form www.indiaflowerplaza.com

I ordered a gift package to be delivered on 12th May(as promised by the website for delivery on mother’s day) order number CART34855483 in Jaipur. I carefully checked if they could deliver in my city and my place. I placed the order 2 days before the delivery date. They didn’t deliver it one time, I took it as rush issue and didn’t complaint. Then I got a mail after 6 days that my order has been cancelled without my consent. I complaint to the website contact number and they didn’t give me any information. I mailed their head of department on [email protected], after 2 days I haven’t got a reply and phoned them again. this time the lady was really rude, talking in loud voice to suppress mine and said that they can not do anything and the money will be refunded. She did not gave me any information on why my order was cancelled or what was the problem. She just said that I will get back my money in 3 days. this was totally unethical, unbearable. first of all they have no right to cancel the order without prior notification to the customer and they should provide the reason for cancellation as well, then they behaved very rudely on phone and refused to give any other information. This unethical, rude, against the business protocol behavior makes me migrate form local Indian online shopping to some well established international shopping portal. I would like to have an answer to what happened to my order and as it was a gift, it also ruined my day and week without delivery.
