Cancellation of Membership and Refund

Name of company/service: Sterling Holidays

I was offered complimentary RCI membership while joining in oct 2010. Later when it was clarified in the contract received that it was only for two years, I requested for cancellation and refund. Inspite of repeated requests and personal assurance from Mr Kumail during my visit to the Headquarters, the refund is yet to be materialised.
Request advise further legal action to be taken for obtaining the refund with interest.
