Cancellation of connection

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I have a telephone connection no. 040-65544155 in the name of OK Placement. I have requested the company to close the account thru email and got the auto reply stating that they will respond within 48 hours on 22.05.2012. I have not received any further communication till date and received the bill. I have contacted the customer care and got the reply that they have not received the mail and forcing us pay the bill.
