We had pre booked a show at PRASADS: IMAX screen on 14th july for a show on 20th july we were charged the complete amount of tickets including a convenience charge.
We were given a pre-booked ID:PB-157147197-1 and confirmation of the proceedings.
However on enquiring on 19th july bookmyshow denied knowledge of any such transaction had taken.
This caused us to suffer both financially and mentally.
we expect compensation for our loss after we had been charged and assured of quality service.
