CANARA Bank ATM Counter at Sealdah Branch Cash dispense scam

Let me introduce myself I am Santanu Bhadra residing at 29 (19/1) Sastitala Road, P.O.: Talpuakur, Barrackpore, Kolkata 700123. I am an existing Savings Bank Customer of Axis Bank, Barrackpore Branch.
I would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that on July 31, 2012 I tried to draw some money through my Axis Bank debit Card from a CANARA BANK ATM counter at Sealdah Station premise at around 10:00 am. When I tried to type my PIN only I found that the key panel was not working and I pressed Cancelled Button and went off. At 10:10 am I received a SMS from Axix Bank stating that Rs. 10000.00 has been debited from my account.
I rushed to the counter and searched for the security person of that ATM and to my darkest fear I found no one there but for my luck I found that transaction slip fallen on the floor.
I went to the GRPF at Sealdah and they told me to meet the CANARA BANK branch at Sealdah, when I inquired there they told me to lodge a complaint in Axis Bank. At first I lodge a complaint through phone (Complaint number is 1207033206) and then I submitted the written complaint at the Park Street branch, Kolkata of Axis Bank.
On August 06, 2012 I received a call from Axis bank, Barrackpore Branch and I have been informed that Rs. 10000.00 was draw from my account.
Not only that I have mailed several times to the assistant manager after describing my problem to them. I visited the BARRACKPORE AXIS BANK BRANCH in person, they kept me waiting for two hours on August 30. But without understanding my actual problem and helping me by providing needful solution and told me that they can not help me further, even they sent me a mail stating that money has been withdrawn from that CANARA BANK ATM centre.
Currently I am in complete dark, as I have done all the needful procedure through which I can get my money back, I expected that my bank will help me to get my money back. But they didn’t help me properly, as it’s a matter of customers monetary security.
After that I have communicated with the nodal office of the Axis Bank and they suggested me to lodge a FIR with at the police station I did that at GRPS, Sealdah Station, Kolkata and intimated the same. Eventually Axis Bank informed me that they cannot do anything as CANARA Bank cannot provide them the CCTV Footage and suggested me to communicate with the police. I asked them to tell me the reason why the CANARA Bank cannot give them the CCTV Footage but they did not reply.
