i can recharge but company not activet net from six days and compny not given any response

sir i recharged 57 rupes net pack on this no at 13/02/2016 and company cant provided internet facility. I continue call
coustmarecare they can’t help me only say that waiting for some hours please sir help me & punish telecome company for they never do this again.
