sir, i want to make a complained about my shoes.i have purchased brand new kelme shoes from given address c&S RETAIL(INC.) REGD.OFF:104,anand vihar,pitam pura,delhi-110034.On the date of 14-02-2012 and they gave me one year warranty against any damage at any cost.hardly 5 months they are in use and my shoes stitches are opened and when i went to showroom in the month of july to replace it. first they said they will replace it and they asked me for some days to replace it and few days later denied to replace it and when said that i will make complained against you again they again told me that we will replace it and at the end they refuse to replace it.please sir look into this matter.
