we are calling for deactivation

Sir i m abhay from karawal nagar. Dish tv is a huge company and shahrukh khan sir also advertisement for this company – sabpe dish sawaar h. So we purchase it but after 3-6 mnth it has some connection prblm or technical prblm. We compalin for it. Their their technetions come and solve it but again other prblm created we call they resolve it but again a new prblm created. We r tired to call and given extr charges to them. So we decided that we deactivate dish. So we call them but their executive force us to send technetions at our home. We refused and demand to know the process of deactivte. They say that we havnt any query for it we generated ur report our excutive call u shortly within .2 Hrs. But now 48 hrs completed they didnt call us or we hvnt get any query. Plzz do something for it??
