I would like to bring a notice to all the consumers of Idea cellular.I think fraud has been experienced by all of us at sometime.
I recharged my mobile for 500 INR & went to shanghai for three weeks in April. At there I got the message from Idea that I will have to Pay 15INR for each outgoing message & call rates were told 145 INR .
From there I made 4 messages .
But when I came back to India & made 2 local calls then all my balance was nullified then I talked to Idea customer care who told me that message charges were 25 INR & call charges were 100 INR & he also told me that I had made a call (which I never did )hence 100 INR was deduced .
Then I asked for remaining money but he was not able to answer so I asked for my call details . For which they asked me 25 INR more . I agreed so on 29th may they deduced 25 INR further from my account . But still after pursuing them many times till today I had not got any call details . They had closed my previous complain by just cutting 25 that number was 24543713313 . After follow up they gave me another number1-24839297448 & promised me to give me details before 12th may but today is 13th may I have not any details . Now After calling there representative told me that his senior will contact me soon.
Actually these mobile companies deduce money at there will & as we know that they have millions of subscriber & by just deducing 1 INR from each they can make millions in no time .
Now , I would like to know whether something can be done on this legally or not.
