call connection

sir,
i m a reliance customer from a long time but from the day i recharged with unlimited plan 799 i m getting a problem with call connection. i try hours to make a call on any network but the only thing i hear is long beeps. i have complained customer care 198 so many times they say this is due to technical problems or some upgradations and will be solved in 2 hrs but still the problem exists.
so sir plz help me if u can i m facing a lot of troubles.
