calim not recevied

dear i am the retailer of reliance my 50000 rs pending with the reliance co. but they told that they will provide us that amount in July. i asked the distributor for amount he is saying we had not received any amount from the co. but reliance zsm says they had given the all retailers balance amount to the distributor. what can i do now.
