cake delivery refund

I paid total amount of rs.810 inclusive of additional midnight delivery charges.
I had ordered it as a surprise for my husband bday , but myself got surprised when my order did not arrive at night.
Expected delivery date in order – 18 oct 2013 – night.
His bday was on 19th oct, so I had ordered for at 18th night.
The customer ccare number is of bengal and that guy does not even respect the customer and is cutting the calls.
Can you please make sure I get the refund.
